Join an intense, small group setting conducted personally by Ken McCarthy, the single most effective trainer of Internet marketers in the history of Internet marketing

Time: 8:07 AM

Dear marketing colleague,

Have you noticed that sometimes it's harder to promote yourself than it is to promote other people?

That's why I asked a good friend to write the headline of this letter for me.

At first, I was a little embarrassed...

"Isn't that kind of a bold claim?"

In his best Texas drawl my buddy answered:

"If it's true, it ain't bragging..."

I don't know how long you've been involved in Internet marketing.

Maybe it's a new venture for you. Maybe you've been at it for years.

Whatever the case, here are some things you may or may not know about me:

I started teaching marketers how to use the online marketplace in 1993. That's fourteen years ago.

In 1994, I organized and sponsored the first conference ever held on earth that focused on the subject of making money on the web. Marc Andreessen, the developer of the first commercially successful web browser and co-founder of Netscape, was our keynote speaker.

One of my students from those days, Rick Boyce, made the leap from a career in traditional advertising to the Internet world and is widely credited with being the person who popularized the banner ad as an online advertising vehicle.

But it didn't stop there

I think it's fair to say that if I had called it a day back in 1994...I could have hung up my spurs knowing that my early pioneering efforts to transform the Internet from a techno-geek playground into a viable marketplace...played a direct role in releasing BILLIONS OF DOLLARS of value into the world economy.

Ken McCarthy
Fourteen years of profit making advice to Internet and marketing entrepreneurs

"I've been privileged to know Ken McCarthy for ten years. I am a fan of his thinking and writing, and find him to be a great sounding board for ideas. I can always count on Ken to look at a problem from all angles. The over-used phrase, "out of the box thinking," really does describe how Ken's mind seems to work, so he's hard to beat if creativity is what you want.

Reviewing Ken's historic introduction of the web to San Francisco's cutting edge multimedia and software industry in San Franscisco in 1994:

"This was a great talk for 1994, and it would still be a good talk today. Most people still don't get the points you made..." - April 27, 2000

Jakob Nielsen, Ph.D.
User Advocate and Principal, Nielsen Norman Group

"Jakob Nielsen knows more about what makes Web sites work than anyone else on the planet." Chicago Tribune.

"...Hotwired's been credited with popularizing many of today's commonly accepted Web advertising practices - "banner ads" and "click through rates" for example - to the business world.

I credit Ken McCarthy with introducing me to the whole notion that the Web could be a viable place for advertising. I attended a talk of his in the early summer of 1994 where he not only predicted the evolution of the Web with uncanny accuracy, but also put the Web in a larger historical context in a most unique and fascinating way."

Rick Boyce
Vice President, Director of Sales

"If you want to know how to make money in direct marketing through the Internet, there's one name you must inscribe on your Rolodex: Ken McCarthy.

Ken and his cohorts know how to extract direct marketing profits from the Internet the way a mining company knows how to pull gold from the earth. They live by the same credo as all smart direct marketers, i.e., that advertising is salesmanship multiplied, and it's not creative unless it rings the cash register."

Gary Bencivenga

According to the October 2000 issue of Target Marketing, Gary Bencivenga is the world's highest paid direct mail copywriter weighing it at $25,000 per letter advance against royalties.

"Netscape has had several opportunities to work with Ken McCarthy, including having Marc Andreessen as a keynote speaker at one of the first conferences focused on the Web as a viable business tool. We have enjoyed our relationship with Ken thoroughly."

Rosanne Siino
Vice President, Corporate Communications
Netscape Communications Corporation

"Ken's been a regular speaker at my marketing conferences since 1993 and Amacord's been managing our web site since 1995.

As people who know me well can tell you, I'm not easy on vendors and I don't recommend experts, service providers, and speakers lightly. Many are called, few make the cut. Fewer still are invited back again and again.

I've been so impressed with Ken's mastery of marketing that I've included examples of his ad writing in my books and courses. His involvement in the Internet business dates back to 1993 and he has consistently given his clients (including me and dozens of my clients who I've recommended to him) straight, no nonsense advice in a field that is overrun with hype and false promises.

I know that there is a lot of interest in e-marketing. I have bought materials from, talked with, met with and checked out over 30 different "Internet Marketing Gurus" over the past year or so - and have had very lucrative offers made to me to endorse or partner with them.

I'm sticking with Ken. If you are interested in e-marketing straight talk, he's the guy you want to talk to.

     My highest recommendation."

Dan Kennedy,

"I connected with Ken when he was in the process of organizing a conference with Marc Andreessen on what, at the time, seemed a rather "far out" idea: commercial publishing on the World Wide Web. As far as I know, it was the first conference ever devoted exclusively to this topic and it was certainly the first one offered to the Bay Area's cutting edge digerati community.

In a region with more new media visionaries than any other place on earth, Ken has been one of the very first to grasp and articulate the significance that the World Wide Web would have on all of us."

Hal Jospehson,
President, MediaSense, Inc.
Executive Director, NewMedia INVISION Awards Festival
1994 President, IICS, International Interactive Communications Society

"I've known Ken McCarthy since 1985 when he was offering some very insightful and inspiring courses on educational psychology in New York City. In fact, I was so impressed by his work that I cited him along with Buckminster Fuller, Alvin Toffler, and others as a source for my book "Peak Learning" (Tarcher, 1991)

I therefore wasn't at all surprised that Ken became involved in the Internet in 1993 and dedicated himself to making it comprehensible for innovative educators and small business people.

I recently had the opportunity to avail myself of his consulting services regarding my web site. As I said to him in a follow up e-mail: "Hail Master!" I can't remember the last time I received such a flood of immediately useful, on-target advice from any consultant in any field. If you have an opportunity to work with him, don't hesitate."

Ronald Gross, Chair, University Seminar on Innovation,
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY

But the best was yet to come, and this is the part of the story that matters to you if your goal is to make your fortune on the Internet...

Have you seen the explosion of Internet home study courses, seminars, "mentoring" programs that has taken place in recent years?

It's hard to believe now, but if you turn back the clock just five short years, you'll see that 99% of the "gurus" now in the marketplace didn't even exist...as far as Internet marketing is concerned.

So what happened five years ago, back in 2002, that changed the Internet marketing world so dramatically?

Remember, this was just months after the national trauma of September 11. Nobody was flying and businesses everywhere were slumping...

The Internet industry itself was in ruins with the crash of the dotcom boom...

Many people started to openly question whether it was even possible to build successful businesses on the Internet at all...

That's when I decided to do what
the "gurus" of the day told me was CRAZY

I knew that the dotcom slump was just a temporary blip.

I had even warned my private consulting clients in advance in writing that it was coming and to view the crash as a major opportunity to expand, not a time to tuck your tail between your legs and crawl home.

I don't know if this was the best market call of all time, but it was definitely better than average.

People who followed my advice back then prospered beyond their wildest dreams.

One of the ways I decided to expand in those dark, dark days was to start offering public trainings again.

That's right. In 2001 and 2002, when all the "gurus" of the day were singing the blues and pulling back, I set to work to create what has turned out to be the single most successful Internet marketing seminar series in history.

Let me tell you the real way to measure success

You've probably heard various Johnnie-come-lately gurus bragging about how much money they make with their big seminars.

They show off their cars and their houses and throw inflated and sometimes entirely falsified numbers around as if that would impress anyone with real intelligence.

Look, one of my current consulting clients (a publisher) does over $1 billion a year in annual sales.

When we sit down to work, we talk about business, not what car I'm driving or what fabulous vacation I've just returned from.

Only amateurs are attracted by that kind of nonsense and the only real measure of success that makes any difference is not how successful the "guru" is selling his snake oil, but how successful his students and clients are.

Let me repeat this point because it is so darn important and it's the most overlooked thing in Internet marketing today...

The ONLY real measure of success
of any Internet marketing program is this...
how successful the students are

Think about it. Who cares how rich, how smart, how amusing, how whatever the latest "guru" of the day is?

What does it matter what kind of car he drives or how big his house is?

He's not going to let you drive his car or live in his house is he?

By the all-important yardstick of successful students, the "crazy" seminar I created back in 2002 - the System Seminar - is hands-down the single most successful seminar in Internet marketing history. Nothing has come even close.

Before I list some of my success stories, let me tell you why the "gurus" of the day (back in 2002) thought the idea behind the System Seminar was CRAZY.

I won't embarrass this fellow by mentioning his name. He's actually a good guy, but here's what he said when I laid out my plan for the first System Seminar and invited him to join the faculty.

"If you teach people all this stuff,
they won't need us any more!"

It may surprise you to learn that back then - and even today - there are two levels of Internet marketing education...

On the one hand there's what the "gurus" teach publicly...and then there's what they actually do and share with each other behind closed doors.

It stinks, doesn't it? To take people's hard earned money for education and then deliberately only teach them part of the story...

It may stink, but that's the way it is...

And that's why I have no interest in hanging out with bad boy "gurus" and accompanying them on their trips to the Playboy Mansion or where ever it is they go to spend the loot they've raked in by misleading students who've put their trust in them.

At the System Seminar we break down
the walls between experts and students

I have a very simple philosophy - and it's why my students are so successful...

Here's what I believe and this is what guides all my trainings:

1. Everyone starts out as a beginner

2. Everyone who has made the leap from beginner to pro made it because someone helped them along the way

3.The right thing to do after you've made it is to help the next generation find their way

This is why I have no time for the celebrity "gurus"...and why you'll never see me on the pitch-fest circuit...or flogging the latest "Give me $10,000 and I'll let you sit at my feet" guru.

I believe in teaching everything I know...holding nothing back...and making sure that everything is crystal clear so people can take immediate, productive action.

Here's how I look at it...

This is not a game

When I was a kid, I thought it would be cool to be a doctor, but frankly I couldn't cut the science and math.

But as someone who has confronted and dealt with some serious personal health problems over the years, I have MASSIVE respect for physicians who dedicate themselves to the serious effort of staying current with the cutting edge of their profession and bringing the best of what they know to their patients.

Because of men and women like this, I've been able to lead a happy, productive life.

That's why when I look at some aspects of the medical profession - the in-and-out treatment mills, the careless pill pushers, the half-educated practitioners who shrug and say "better get used to it" - it makes my blood boil.

Being a doctor is a serious responsibility.

As so is being a business educator or an Internet marketing teacher.

Here's why...

You don't get infinite chances to get it right

Starting or growing a business is a serious undertaking.

Your success or failure will have real consequences. It will effect where you live, how you live and, if you have children, what kind of opportunities they have.

Frankly, I can't imagine anything more serious than that.

That's why I don't "play" when it comes to teaching people Internet marketing.

I'm deadly serious and I only tolerate people with the same high level of commitment as faculty members and associates - and that's why I can reel off a long list of successful students while today's generation of "gurus" can only list the cars in their garages...

Who are these success stories that I keep referring to?

First, of course is Rick Boyce, the father of the banner ad.

Here's a short list of people who were introduced to high level Internet marketing as the result of my training (and in some cases private mentoring):

  • Dan Kennedy - still a technophobe, but ask him who got him started on the Internet and what it's meant to his income

  • Perry Marshall - the king of Google AdWords and one of the best Internet marketing consultants on earth got his first serious Internet marketing training at the System Seminar

  • Yanik Silver - got the best introduction on earth to Internet marketing from a manual I wrote, was literally put on the Internet by my company, and can trace just about every major colleague he has back to my taking him under my wing and introducing him to my circle of contacts

  • Mike Stewart - Mr. Internet Audio and Video got exposed to the Internet big picture for the first time at the System Seminar

  • Lloyd Irvin - on his way to $10 million a year in sales with a very lean staff, starting from zero with the System Seminar as his guiding Internet light

  • Tom Antion - a very sharp guy we helped make sharper. The first System grad to write an Internet marketing book published by a major publishing company

  • Howie Jacobson - the third System grad (he started as a newbie) to get an Internet marketing book published by a big publisher. (Perry Marshall was the second.)

  • Alexandria Brown - copywriter, first rate marketing educator, saw the light and accelerated her growth thanks to the System events she attended

  • Alex Mandossian - started in Internet marketing with us as green as green could be and got all his major breaks at the System

  • Matt Furey - the Internet became the foundation of the rapid expansion of his publishing business after he participated in three System trainings

  • Dave Dee - this great marketer and educator got his introduction to Internet marketing at the System

  • Mike Long - he's the quiet mastermind behind the promotional successes of John Reese's Traffic Secrets and StomperNet - and he started as a complete newbie with us.

  • Rick Raddatz - co-founder of AudioGenerator, an idea hatched at and later launched at the System Seminar. He started with us as an Internet marketing newbie and admitted that his years at Microsoft were "weak tea" in comparison to what we offer entrepreneurs.
This is just a partial, off-the-top-of-my-head list...and it only includes some of the people who've gone on to develop high profiles in the Internet marketing world...not the many grads who have chosen to make their fortunes quietly and off radar...

That's what I'm talking about when I say the measure of an education program is not its promises...not all the self-seriving, celebrity "guru" endorsements it gets...not the kind of car the instructor drives, but the success of the students.

Do you want to been successful?

This is a serious question.

Down deep inside some people don't.

That's why they chase fads and throw money at "gurus" only to end up with a closet full of CDs and videos. They don't really believe they can be successful.

Let me tell you... you can.

I know.

I have launched so many people from zero to sixty on the Internet marketing path I know exactly what it takes.

You don't have to dream. You don't have to hope. I have it down to a science.

My record of over FOURTEEN years shows it and quite frankly, there is no one who can hold a candle, let alone even get in the same ballpark on the only metric that counts: student success.

What can I do for you?

"Ken, if I hadn't found you and The System when I decided to get an education on Internet marketing, I probably would have concluded , from the "gurus" I've seen, that the entire industry was full of empty hype.

Just wanted to acknowledge you for being authentic."

- Martha Conway

"Ken, at last year's System Seminar I discovered an entire new traffic building technique that netted me over $60,000 in new business.

I discovered an entire new methodology of managing products and websites and more that will make new businesses a breeze for me to implement.

I learned how to develop certain traffic streams beyond my current level.

The System Seminar is without a doubt the single richest, meaningful and progressive business seminar I attend annually. The leaders of our direct marketing industry are here, the leaders of tomorrow are born here."

- Darrell Crow

"Ken, the attendee at the end of System 2007 with a story that really blew my mind was the lady who said she had spent $100,000+ and mortgaged her house and still couldn't figure a lot out.

It actually grieved me, because your Smart Beginners home study course has everything you need to get started. Then it all boils down to Traffic + Conversion.

- Joseph A. Occhino

"Dear Ken, I was getting desperate and totally confused trying to get started with this Internet stuff. I consider myself fortunate to have ordered your little book, "System Secrets" awhile back.

It sat on my table for about a month when for some strange reason, I picked it up last night about 11:30 pm, tired and ready for bed, still also desperate and confused, and I opened it and started reading.

I couldn't put it down, here were all the answers I have been searching for, so clear, so easy to understand.

I finished it this morning and now I'm clear about what I need to do: I've already sent out 3 JV proposals and I'm crafting more. It's so simple as you teach - find what people are buying and sell it to them.

Thank-You so much"

- Dave Dickes

"This is an overdue thank-you for the System course. I have worked through the entire course and consider the content and the manner in which it is presented of great value.

This is a must have - (and must do) course for anyone serious about setting up an Internet business."

- Ray Malaga

"Dear Ken,

I completed the Smart Beginners home study course in less than 24 hours after I got the big binder and CDs.

The biggest gain was clarifying on what to focus - to know that I am in the right direction.

By the way, I have been selling on the net almost for 9 years.

Good to know that somehow I picked up the same tools you are recommending. "

- Raj Bapna, India

Now you know a little bit about my track record. You also know something of the philosophy behind what I do.

Now let me tell you about what I'm doing next that might be of interest to you...

You've probably noticed the rash of $10,000 "guru" programs that are circulating on the Internet these days.

It seems like every six weeks or so there's a new one.

You know the routine...Mr. Big Shot, who has been quietly laboring in obscurity, is now willing to share the secrets of his fabulous success for the low, low price of just...$10,000.

Guys and gals, I have made (and kept) a fair amount of money over the years. And I'll tell you what: $10,000 is a whole lot of money.

It may not seem that way when your credit card is whacked, but go down to the bank someday, draw out ten grand in hundred dollars bills, and count it.

It takes time!

And every one of those Benjamin Franklins could be used to build your business: an AdWords test here...a software program there...focused, individual consulting with a real pro...domain names and hosting for new test web sites... My point is $10,000 is a TON of ammunition and make no mistake about it: business and war have a lot in common.

If you waste your ammo, you may find yourself staring down the barrel of someone else's gun with your hands up - or worse.

Yes, it's theoretically possible that you can get a million dollar insight from a $10,000 seminar.

And if your business is operating on a scale where you can risk that kind of money, by all means, knock yourself out.

But what most people need to do is NOT blow ten grand or more on a few days of yapping.

What they really need is something that practically...

No one is willing to do for you these days

But it's the one thing you need more than anything else to succeed on the Internet...

It's this...For someone who really knows the business to take you by the hand and make sure you've got a complete, thorough, rock solid foundation in the fundamentals of Internet marketing.

You see, Internet marketing really is a system. It's not ten thousand and one random tricks. It's a way of thinking. It's a process. It's a set of basic understandings and simple, but essential tools.

That's the way I've taught it and that's why my students have been so successful.

Instead of dazzling my students with the product of large male quadrapeds (a nice way of saying bullshit), I take them to school. It may not be as "glamorous" as the lifestyle of the Playboy Mansion boys, but the results are much better - for you.

How the training works and why it's so incredibly effective

The training is in the format of a one day intensive.

Why just one day?

Two very important and inter-related reasons:

Success in Internet marketing comes from action...not from theory or trying to learn every last trick in the book or mastering dozens of obscure technical tricks.

It's very easy to get emotionally "jacked up" in a multi-day seminar and get the feeling that you are learning a lot only to get home and be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information you received.

This can and does literally paralyze people. In fact, I've run into many, many folks who've taken multiple, expensive multi-day seminars at the cost of thousands and thousands of dollars who still haven't gotten started, or they're still operating at a low level.

Why?

They know tons of theory - in fact they could probably teach a marketing theory course - but it's all in their heads. None of their knowledge is where it belongs: on the web and in their bank accounts.

Our training is designed to put you into action. We cut out all the nonessentials and focus exclusively on the key things that really matter.

The reality is you absolutely do not need to know every aspect of Internet marketing to make a very good and even great living online. So loading your brain down with too much information can not only make it harder for you to get started and take productive action, it's also completely unnecessary. Completely unnecessary.

For example I know:

  • Entrepreneurs who can't write a word of ad copy who've made a fortune on the Internet.
  • Guys who have never bought a single pay-per-click ad who've booked millions of dollars in online sales.
  • Multi-million dollar a year Internet businesses that never show up in the search engine results for their key words

And on and on...

So what do you really need to know
to succeed online?

The most important thing - and you will look in vain for practically any guru to tell you this - is to use the right tool for the right situation.

You know the old saying: "If all you have is a hammer, the whole world starts looking like a nail."

Here's how this works in Internet marketing education...

  • If the guru is an expert in search engine marketing, he'll tell you that search engine marketing is it. That it's the most important thing and you have to spend the weeks and months (and years) it takes puzzling over all its intricate and contradictory arcane rules.

  • If the guru is a great copywriter, he'll tell you that becoming a great copywriter is the answer to everything.

  • If the guru has made a fortune selling eBooks, with AdSense, with affiliate marketing - or whatever the fad of the day is, he'll tell you that their way is the only way.

Baloney!

First, most gurus won't tell you how they really make their money.

Second, given a choice, they'll choose to teach you the complicated and convoluted stuff imaginable.

Why?

To keep you confused and hopeful and coming back for more.

What you really need is simple...
and it takes one day to convey it
How to identify real opportunities online (not the fad-of-the-month junk the gurus push like dope dealers on a street corner.)

How to select and work with the right marketing tool for the market you're in...the ones that make sense, the ones that make money - not the ones that keep your head spinning and your bank account empty.

How to get going - and keep going - through all the inevitable ups and down of building a profitable business.

You see, the gurus do you a grave disservice when they tell you how easy everything is. It's only easy after you've built the business - and even then it's never truly easy. As the great late night TV legend Johnny Carson once said: "The road to success is always under construction.'"

If you can accept this reality, you've got an excellent chance of being successful not only in Internet marketing, but also in anything - and I mean anything - you do.

But the fact is, most people don't believe in themselves and therefore are scared of work. So scared they'd rather give a guru $10,000 on his promise that sitting at his feet and learning his "secrets" will transform them than take the time to learn how the business they want to go into really works.

The shame is this "phobia" can and does rob them of the fortune that could rightfully be theirs.

What you will learn at the System Intensive

Even though the Intensive is just one day, it's jammed packed, entirely free of fluff and highly concentrated. We probably pack two or even three days worth of material into the session.

You'll go home with an extremely comprehensive course manual that includes CDs and videos that cover everything taught that will serve as a handy reference for you as you build your business.

That means you can relax and get the most out of the training knowing that everything we talk about is covered in full detail - right down to screen-by-screen video tutorials.

Specifically, here's what you will learn:

1. How to find a virtually infinite number of business opportunities online and off - regardless of whether the economy is hot or cold.

(Note: I am one of only a very small handful of few Internet marketers who made money in the early days, made money during the boom, made money during the dotcom crash, and is making money during the latest revival. No one knows more about adaptability than me - and here's a secret: being adaptable may be the key to serious wealth building.)

2. How to test your business ideas quickly and inexpensively - before you risk your time, money and emotion on them

The real power and beauty of Internet marketing is that with very small, strategic investments of time, money and thought, we can access the potential success of an Internet business idea without betting the farm.

Personally, I've never spent more than a few hundred dollars - tops - to test an online business idea. And more than once, I've leveraged a few hundred dollars - and sometimes literally zero dollars - into six and seven figure cash cows.

By the way, before I learned how to do this, I was like everyone else. I'd spend years and embarrassingly large amounts of money just to learn - too late - that my idea wouldn't fly.

3. The core Internet skill you must master to be successful

OK, I'm going to be a little mysterious here. It's the only place in this letter that I have held anything back and the only place that I will.

Why?

Because this is an extremely valuable piece of information and I reserve it for people who formally enroll in one of my programs only.

How powerful is this piece?

One of my students took this one idea and grew his business from $100 a day to $1,000 (and sometimes much more) a day in sales in just a few months without any additional investment or any other changes.

And you know what?

I'm not surprised.

It works. It has to work.

And when you learn it, you're going to whack yourself on the head and wonder: a) why no one ever shared it with you before and b) why you didn't figure it out yourself.

I don't know why this is such a big secret, but it is and I see everyone from small one man shops to Fortune 500 big shots completely miss it.

If there is a single key to Internet marketing, this is it.

It's the difference between the pros and the amateurs and it always works. In fact, I'd daresay that as long as there is any kind of economy - even if we're trading rocks for sticks - if you get this one thing, you will always be able to prosper.

(And no it's not the "Law of Attraction" or any other kind of mental hocus-pocus. It's a hard core, real life, nuts-and-bolts skill that anyone can learn.)

4. The essential Internet marketing tools - when to use them, when not to use them - and how to use them

I can't stress enough how many people are wasting their time - and losing out on potential fortunes - by getting involved in overly-complicated, convoluted, and entirely unneccessay trainings on the minutia on things like search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising and copywriting.

Please note that I am not saying that these marketing tools have no value. They do.

But it is infinitely more profitable to know what tool to use when and where and understand just enough to get things moving than it is to spend your time trying to becoming a world class authority in every aspect of Internet marketing.

Some businesses are 100% ad copy driven, some are 100% search engine driven, some only make sense with pay-per-click, and so on. Trying to learn everything is a huge waste of time. What you really need to learn are the tools that matter for your particular market and how to use them right.

Try to find another training anywhere that will cut through all the smoke and mirrors on this essential topic and lay it all out for you simply and clearly so you get it and can take action on it immediately.

5. How to find the right market for YOU

This is the million dollar, some say billion dollar, secret.

Do you think that Bill Gates would have become the richest man in the world running a chain of low cost retail super stores?

Do you think Warren Buffet would have made a fortune (or even a dollar) selling software?

Do you think Sam Walton founder of Wal-Mart would have done as well as he did if he'd tried to start a soft drinks company that competed with Coca-Cola or Pepsi?

Success is a formula
Right person + right market + right time = success

You need to get all right.

Positive thinking and a world class education are useless if you're not plugged into a marketplace...that makes sense...for you.

Please note these three elements. Burn them into your brain. You need all three or nothing happens.

That's why most Internet marketing seminars and home study courses are a complete waste of time. They act as if one set of techniques or one guru's success attitudes are what determines success.

They don't, can't and never will.

The only that determines success - the only thing - is you in the right market for you at the right time for your unique set of skills and aptitudes.

Anyone who thinks that success comes from one method...or positive thinking...or their own inherent genius...is nuts.

I've seen - and you've probably seen this too - guys without too much on the ball, poor or no training at all and even worse attitudes, make fortunes.

How did they do it?

They're in a healthy marketplace where their unique configuration of skills is a fit and they've applied themselves to learning the ins and outs of the specific market they're in.

Note that I did not say that they took 100 seminars and learned one million and one marketing tricks...but they did learn all the specific stuff that matters in their specific market.

Yes, there are general marketing principles. I teach them and you'll profit from knowing them, but ultimately the rubber meets the road - and the cash ends up in your bank account - from your specific knowledge of the specific reality of a specific market. Do not let anyone try to kid you on this point.

The reason my students have been so consistently and phenomenally successful is that I never teach a one-size-fits-all approach. That would be the easy thing to do, but it's also wrong.

The thing that you'll get from training with me - and that so many of today's successful gurus got - is to learn, very specifically, how to match your pre-existing skills and aptitudes to a real, living and breathing marketplace that you will in time, learn to turn into your own personal cash machine.

Just to recap...

At the System One Day Internet Marketing Intensive, you'll learn:

1. How to find a virtually infinite number of business opportunities online and off, in any economy, regardless of how little or how much you're starting with

2. How to test your business ideas quickly and inexpensively - before you risk your time, money and emotion on them

3. The core Internet skill you must master to be successful

4. The essential Internet marketing tools - when to use them, when not to use them - and how to use them

5. How to find the right market for YOU

Is this intensive training right for you?

There are several kinds of people this training will be perfect for.

If you're a beginner, drop everything and just do it. Nothing will help you more or get you where you want to go faster. Nothing.

I know that sounds a bit presumptuous, but look at my track record. No one has successfully brought more people into the high levels of Internet marketing performance than me.

If you've been to lots of seminars or bought lots of home study course and not experienced satisfying results, ditto.

This Intensive training will de-program you, clear all the guru nonsense out of your head and install a foundation that will enable you to take immediate action. No more wondering what the right thing to do it. You'll know and because you know you'll act.

If you've got a business, Internet-based or offline, and you want to take your game to a higher level fast, this is probably the smartest, fastest, most cost-effective thing you can do to take your business to the next level...

And I'm not talking about incremental 10% and 20% improvements. I'm talking about doubling and tripling profits, often with no major investment of capital and often a shockingly small investment of time. Again, may sound like a boast, but my students report these kinds of radical transformations again and again - and when you see our methods you'll see why they happen.

(Secret: most businesses, even tiny ones, are leaving tons of money on the table.)

So if you are a beginner...a seminar veteran looking for something real...or a business owner who want to make big improvements without big inputs, the System One Day Intensive is for you.

What if you're already a pro?

What if you're already doing six, seven, or even eight figures a year?

I won't mention the name because it's confidential, but a recently a currently very hot Internet training company that does eight figures a year in sales asked me to come on board and help them focus their very unfocused, mostly hit-or-miss marketing.

Even at their level, they're making numerous beginner's mistakes that are not only costing them a lot of money, but creating a black hole that one day they're going to step into and disappear.

Yes, I predict this hotter-than-hot business that generates eight figures a year will either completely disappear or so seriously implode to the point that no one will recognize it...all because of easily fixable structural mistakes they're making today.

Sound crazy?

Maybe, but remember, I'm the only guy on earth who called the Internet boom, the dotcom bust and the dotcom rebounds months and sometimes years in advance of everyone else. Search all you want. You won't find another Internet business analyst who put these three predictions in writing long before they happen - and who had successful businesses at each stage of the Internet's evolution.

Bottom line:

You may be advanced and the System One Day Intensive may focus on fundamentals, but you may also find that in the unusually comprehensive view I have of the business, you might be exposed to life-and-death issues that you might be overlooking and could not only be worth millions to you, but might also impact your long term survival. Just a thought...

(I've never yet had a millionaire- or billion dollar company client - complain that what I talk about is "too simple.")

Why I'm keeping the Intensives small

Last spring, at System Seminar 2007 in Chicago as I was up to my ears in the challenges and fun (there's always some of both) of dealing with the reality of four hundred plus students in one place at one time, I caught myself longing for the days when it was just a few of us sitting around a table.

"Gee, it would be nice to teach that way again, but I guess I can't do that anymore. It doesn't make sense."

Then a second voiced interrupted: "The hell it doesn't."

The voiced continued: "You like teaching right?"

"Yes. Sure. In fact, I'd say I love it."

Then the voice asked: "You're rich aren't you?"

I answered: "Well, it's definitely been a long time since I've missed a meal and I'm not in danger of missing one any time soon."

Then he zapped me: "So since money isn't an issue, why don't you just DO what you like to do?"

"You mean teach small groups?"

"Yes, exactly," the voice answered.

"But wouldn't that be a step down?" I asked.

"A step down from what? You said you love teaching small groups, right? So how on earth is doing what you love to do a step down?"

I was starting to see the light and I started to ask the voice practical questions:

"What should I charge? I mean there are idiots getting $5,000; $10,000; even $25,000 for hot air."

The voice had a quick answer to that: "So? What does that have to do with you? You've never played that game. Why start now?"

"But if I don't charge a lot, people won't value it."

"You let me worry about that. The people who show, will show up. The people who don't, don't. I'll sort it out. Make it affordable and do what you do best: teach your heart out."

Wow! It's amazing how simple life can be when you listen...

So here's what I've done. I've set some dates to do intense one day small group workshops on Internet marketing in cities around the world...System-style. Taught directly by me with an assist from an experienced System grad I trained from a pup.

The first one will be in Chicago on August 25th. The second one will held in New York City on September 15th. Other cities I plan to bring the training to over the next seven months are: London, UK; Toronto, Canada; New Orleans; Los Angeles; San Francisco; Orlando; Atlanta; and Dallas.

Enrollment per intensive will be limited to just 30 people.

The fee: $795 and that includes the full day's training; your own copy of the very comprehensive System Smart Beginners home study course (now selling for $495); and 59 days free access to the System Club, the elite alumni association normally reserved for System Seminar grads only.

If you're not sure of the value, re-read this letter.

If you are sure, grab your seat now. We're going to be strict on the seat limits and this quality of education at this price is not something that will be available forever.

It took me literally three decades to sort all these things out: fourteen years in the Internet marketplace and over sixteen marketing in the pre-Internet world.

I know exactly what it's like to struggle trying to find the right direction, to make bone-headed mistakes, to overlook big opportunities, to lose precious time going down blind alleys. I'm not going to kid you. It hurts.

That's why I've worked so hard to make sure that my students don't have to go through the same things I did.

There is no reason to struggle. I had to because there were no teachers of this stuff when I got started, but you have the opportunity to shortcut all that.

Some day, like me, when you reached the success you're striving for, you're going to realize that it could have happened so much faster, with so much less pain...if only you'd known a few simple things.

That's what the System Seminar One-Day Internet Marketing Intensive is about, giving you the powerful, but simple things you need to get off the "guru merry-go-round" and start succeeding right now.

The proof is in the pudding...my students have a success track record that the grads of no other program in this field can match. I have it because I have a system - and now with the System Seminar One-Day Internet Marketing Intensive you can have it too.

See you at the top!

P.S. If you're new to us, I have a very simple guarantee.

Take the training and if it's not everything I've said it is and lot more, just see my assistant after the seminar and we'll refund your tuition in full. No hassle. No hard feelings.

I don't think you should risk a thing...and I know that I'm not risking anything by offering you this no-lose insurance.

P.P.S. After this seven month series is over, I may or may not repeat it ever again so if this looks like what you want, don't wait for it to come to your city or region "next year." There may not be a "next time."
